Straight Boat Trailer Axle Kit With Brakes Galvanized Surface

The ductile cast iron wheel hub and the gray cast iron are all produced according the international standard. they have the ability of high loading, wearable, heat-resistant, and hardly deformed.

The surface of hubs used on Boat Trailer Axle Kit is hot-dip galvanized or Dacromet. 

All beams of Boat Trailer Axle Kit are also hot-dip galvanized. This can increase the corrosion resistance and make axles serve a longer time.

Bearing used on Boat Trailer Axle are imported or Chinese famous brand, which is wearable and serves a long time. 

The common axle brakes are mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, and electronic brake. However, since the boat trailer needs to be penetrated the water, electronic brake axles are unsuitable. 

We supply mechanical and hydraulic braked axles for boat trailers.

Compared to hydraulic braked Boat Trailer Axle, mechanical braked Boat Trailer Axle are cheaper but less secure. Although hydraulic brake axles are more expensive, their safety performance is much higher than that of mechanical brakes. We recommend hydraulic brake axles for trailers ATM more than 1500 KG.
